Acorn Storage Inc is a new self storage company based in southern Ontario, Canada specializing in the development and operations of facilities in growing, non-metropolitan markets.

We are currently pursuing acquisitions north of Toronto in the Simcoe County/Georgian Bay region of Ontario as part of building a rewarding portfolio of properties for our investors.

Our design, development and operations background is unique to the industry and is focused on bringing existing properties and conversions up to contemporary self storage standards through effective physical upgrades, sophisticated marketing and hands-on management to maximize growth.

Acorn Storage is led by two experienced business partners and entrepreneurs who are highly knowledgeable about the self storage industry, both in the US and Canada, as developers, operators and investors.

As President of Acorn Storage Inc., Michael Dickinson brings his background in broadcasting, real estate, corporate finance, sales and marketing to the strategic planning, acquisition, expansion, conversion and vacant land development of self storage facilities.

As Vice President, Deneen Allen brings her highly applicable expertise in hospitality design, market positioning, branding, programming, construction, operations and revenue management to the table.

Together, Michael and Deneen bring a unique, combined skill set to Acorn Storage along with the practical, hands-on knowledge and demanding standards it takes to build a noticeably different and profitable self storage company.

Acorn Self Storage Midland is the first acquisition in Ontario and our company is very excited to be part of the Midland community.
